How does the Meeting Scheduler work?
Select your time zone and your contact's time zone. The tool calculates the overlap of your working hours and shows you the best time slots for a call. Pick a slot, then send a WhatsApp message with the meeting time in both zones.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. The scheduler uses your browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat which automatically handles DST transitions for every timezone. You always see the correct current offset.
Can I customize working hours?
Yes. By default the tool assumes 9:00–18:00 working hours, but you can change the start and end times to match your actual schedule. The overlap is recalculated instantly.
How does the WhatsApp link work?
When you pick a time slot, the tool generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message like "Meeting at 15:00 (Moscow) / 07:00 (New York)". You can send it to any WhatsApp contact with one click, or copy it to paste elsewhere.
Is my data sent to any server?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser using the JavaScript Intl API. No data is sent to any server. Your timezone choices and meeting times are never stored anywhere.
